Enterprises of a building branch. Development of theoretical foundations of enterprise management in postprivatization period. Methods of research: economic-mathematical methods, ECM with the corresponding software. Theoretical and practical results: a general scneme of strategic enterprise management is developed; the method of the analysis of privatized enterprises activity is suggested; non-traditional approaches to the priceformation policy is considered; an investment project on the production of decorative cement is proposed; recommendations on the improvement of organization enterprises management is developed. The results of the research are implemented in an open joint-stock company 'Kharkovzhelezobeton', in the closed joint-stock company 'Factory of Zhelezobeton Construction - 5',Kharkov.
