The area of use: Finishing textile industries. Object of research: polyurethane ionomer, precondensator of thermoreactive risen, pigments and finishing technologies. Aim of research: development of a resource saving pigment dyeing technology combined with finishing of fabrics and based on the use of polyurethane ionomers as binders. Research methods and equipment: State standard 29298-92, infrared spectrography UR-20, automatic system of objective colour meterage (spectrophotometry Textflash (Datacolor 3880)) Technical results and originality: a system of hardening adhesive endurance for polyurethane films has been proposed. This technology will permit to cut the cost of production and strengthen competitive ability for textile products on the global scale.
