Object of research: large-size crankshaft superfinishing (LSCS). Aim of research: creation predictable technology of LSCS, which ensures a complex of parameters of quality and high efficiency. Methods of research and apparatus: a simulation modeling, experimental research on upgraded circular grinding and superfinishing machine tools, arrangement for LSCS. The experimental stand, labware. New positions, theoretical and practical results: the concept of hone's finishing processing and new technology LSCS is created. Level of integration: is introduced in production of diesel drives. Sphere of using: a mechanical engineering, engine building, ship repair.
