Sych V. Strategy of innovative development of the enterprises

Object of research: the industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Purpose of research: elaboration of theoretical rules new approaches and methodical recommendations on formation and realization of the strategy of the enterprises innovation development that will ensure its effective penctioning. Methods of research and instruments: methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization; priorities placing imitative simulation etc. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical essence of concepts connected with a problem innovations is grounded, their features are determined. Classification of innovations with the specified attributes is developed: the structure and essence of the basic stages of formation of strategy of the enterprise's innovative development is determined. The new approach to estimation and selection of innovative projects is developed conceptually which serve as the basic tool of realization of the enterprise's strategy. As the main criterion of selection of the pr ojects the parameter of competitiveness of an innovation is offered The estimation of competitiveness according to algorithm of imitative simulation is carried out. The system of a financial and economic estimation of the project is generated which allows to take into account a degree of risk of an opportunity of its realization, rate of inflation and a factor of time, to observe interests of all participants of investment. The estimation is used for a financial choice of the projects from alternative ones. The mechanism of management of the innovative project realization is developed which assumes creation of a specialized design group for scheduling the performance of all its stages and phases and also use of the managerial account and internal audit for realization of control functions. The results of research into economic practice are introduced. Novelty: theoretical and scientific methodical bases of formation and realization of the strategy of the enterprise innovative development are elaborated. Th e necessity of transition of domestic enterprises under market conditions to the innovative model of development is motivatek which is characterised by system application of new technologies, equipment and other innovations for manufacture of new production. The concepts connected with a problem of innovations are concretized, their essence peculiarities are revealed. The classification of innovations with specified attributes is developed. The forms of realization of innovative processes at the enterprise are revealed. The structure and essence of the basic stages of the enterprise's innovative development are determined. The factors promoting success of productive-economic activity of the enterprise under conditions of transition to market are determined. The approach to realization of the strategy of the enterprise's innovative development of the basis of innovative projects is grounded. A conceptually new are approach to an estimation and selection of innovative projects as a tool of realization of th e strategy of the enterprise's innovative development is elaborated. The methodical recommendations concerning estimation of competitiveness of the innovative projects with use of a method of imitative simulation worked out. The economic-mathematical model of the process of an estimation of an innovation's of competitiveness is developed.
