In the thesis was investigated the influence of Latin on the language of Ukrainian-speaking heritage at the close of the XVI-XVII-th centurias. Against a background of the general charakterisic of the social-cultural sitiation in Ukraine of the mentioned period was showed the particular importance of Latin in school, fiction and administration of Ukraine. Wide using of Latin predetermined a considerable adoption of Latin- speaking elements in Ukrainian-speaking texts.
