the object of research: industry tnterprises; the goal of reseach: theoretical bases and design of methodical approaches and practical recommendations of labour resources at the enterprise under conditions of economic reform; methods of research and equipment: methods of statistics analysis, logical generalization system approach, social analysis, popular vote, method of expert assesments; theoretical and practical results: definition and meaning of "labour resources" category were extended, scientific results of controlling mechanism of employment, information, organization and social ensurance of joint operation of personnel department of the enterprise, employment service and learning institutions was designed, directions of rasing the social psycological protection of labour resources were grounded; the actually of the infiltrated: designs have been implementated in the Ukrainian State Scientific and Research Coal and Cemical Institute іKharkov) and are being used in teaching courses "Management of Labour Resources", "Management of Personnel" KhSEU; sphere of application: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
