Vovkodav M. The scientific basis of the main directions for reformation of fighters health protection system for Armed Forces of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the study of health condition of military persons and health protection system. There were discovered some regularities of structure's dynamics and ilness levels of military persons of kinds and sorts in Armed Forces, discrepancy of health protection system and management by it in new conditions. The "Conception of the main directions for reform of fighters health protection system" is scientifically proved, it is introduced the territorial system of medical supply in place of the departmental system, the new formings (the military medicine centres), it is proposed to divide military medicine service management on operational and administrative which provides it's activity in war and peace time conditions. The results of the work have found an utility on the State level.
