Zashchepkina N. Cottoning of a short fibre of line on equipment to cotton-spinning factories

Object of research - mechanical cottonin from a short fibre of line the low numbers, technological chains for reception of a mechanical cottonin. The purpose and problems of research: To conduct researches of technological processes, used on technological chains of various technological enterprises of Ukraine, of parameters necessary for improvement of a linen short fibre with the purpose of use it as raw material for cotton manufactures. To develop the recommendation for a structure of technological operations and optimization of work of the equipment for reception of a yarn of given parameters. The comparative analysis of parameters of a cottonin, received by mechanical way from short fibre of line (ь2-ь4), on a various process equipment of the textile enterprises of Ukraine is for the first time made. On the basis of theoretical and experimental data is determined optimum structure of the equipment for reception of a cottonin with properties close to a middlefibred cotton, that permits to predict q uality of a received yarn. Dependence of qualitative parameters of a received cottonin on refuelling parameters of a combing machine is revealed. Established communication between physical-mechanical parameters by a cottonin and quality of a received yarn is installed.
