Object of research: influencing design features thread lie of the automatic control unit "Avtokoner" in conditions of layout of a thread on a surface of reeling on Was investigated (studied). The purpose of research: to elaborate know-how of rewinding of a cotton yarn, which one will allow to increase efficiency of usage lavish of the automatic control unit "Avtokoner" in a domestic industry. The methods of the theory of optimal control, straight visions, experimental data were used. The mining of idealized rules (situations, positions) new models, techniques for definition of bulk density, decrease of waste is conducted at rewinding a yarn on lavish the automatic control unit "Avtokoner". The designed ways allow to decide the broad audience of problems at usage lavish of the automatic control unit "Avtokoner". The advised modes can be utilised in a cotton industry on textile firms of Ukraine and other countries.
