Object: a cotton yarn of the reduced way of production from two roves of linear density 40,17 texts. The purpose: the factors experimentally are certain which essentially influence quality twisted yarn, received by the reduced way; the design of adaptation is developed, that raises reliability and provides realization of a way of reception twisted yarn; to receive mathematical model, that connects between itself technological parameters of the machine to properties of the received yarn. Results: the scientific basis for reception cotton twisted of a yarn by the reduced way is developed; is developed and is tested the device of shadowinging behind presence of a triangle rolling. Use of this way will allowed: to raiseefficiency of work and equipment; to low expenses of the electric power; to reduce the industrial areas; to low losses of raw material and number of the basic workers.
