Results of theoretical investigations and methods of economic diagnostics and evaluation of economic situa-tion in strategic management of construction organiza-tions in Ukraine.Theoretical grounds of relative autonomy in economic diagnostics and evaluation as specific function in stra-tegic management, structural and functional strategic di-rections of the work of construction organizations and purposeful system of economic indices describing the ef-ficiency of economy under these directions taking into consideration peculiarities of macro- and micro-factors; the methods of economic diagnostics and evaluation of al-terations of economic situation of construction organiza-tion regarding competitive surrounding using economic and mathematical pattern of Euclidean distances in m-dimensional space Em are suggested; the algorithm and software for using analytic pattern of economic diagnos-tics and evaluation are worked out. The scheme of auto-mated working place of economist-analyst in construction org anization is suggested in the thesis.
