Bovkun N. Elaboration of methods of obtaining and use of sugar beet saponin

The dissertation is devoted to questions of development of ways of biologically active substance of the beet saponin from the wastes of sugar beet manufacture. The complex research of distribution of the saponin in a root of sugar beet and in beet sugar process as a basis for a choice of rational raw resources of separation of the saponin have been executed. The study of a spatial structure and electronic structure of a molecule of saponin of sugar beet has been carried out. There has been developed and scientifically proved the ways of allocation of saponin and sapogenin (oleanolic acid) from the wastes of sugar beet manufacture using the methods of electrical dialysis and exchange of ions. There has been received and identified the pharmacological derivatives of sugar beet saponin.
