Technical training of the athlete's of high qualification in art gymnastics. The positive practical effect for want of implantation of a technique of creation of skills of a dynamic equilibrium is obtained on the basis of rise of objectivity and efficiency of a control of sports engineering, and also registration of functional metrics of the athlete's organism. Main methods of researches are: stabilometration, tenzodinamometration, argospiromatration, correlation and regression a calculus. The used equipment: analyzer "Oxycon Alpha" (Jager); sporttester "Polar"; cyclingargometr "Monark"; the biochemical analyzer "LLP-400". The learning of interrelation the biochemical and physiological characteristics of implant activity of the athlete's in conditions of creation of skills of a dynamic equilibrium allows to increase quality of the training process in art gymnastics.
