Research object: securities market of Ukraine. Purpose of research: is to develop the economic tools for impact on the securities market. Methods of Research are: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, statistic methods of timeseries analysis and data processing. Results: New determination of the category of "security" is given by author; detailed classification of securities by kinds and types according to foreign experience is developed; model of Derivative Receipts introduction in Ukraine is proposed; recommendations to the government system of securities market regulation improvement are proposed; conception of security market in Ukraine evolution is developed. Novelty: author's determination of "security", which reveals fundamental and specific attributes an characteristics of given economic category, this is creates conditions for the problem of juridical approach solution; detailed classification of securities by kinds and types according to foreign experiencei s developed, this is allows to liven up investors and finance intermediaries activity at the market; the place of securities market in the system of financial markets of Ukraine according to statistic tendencies of its development is determined, this is determines abilities of exchange selling enlargement; the necessity of introduction of Depositary Receipts in Ukraine is proved, this is allows to involve foreign investors to the National market; the role of Government in securities market formation, based on the Theory of Meta-interests, is determined, this is allows to create the recommendations to a government conception of securities market development creation in Ukraine.
