The conception is developed and complex of software and hardware devices of forming and serving of informational model of by-the-car reflection of transportation real-time process, that is to solve operative analysis prob- lems and predict the nessesity of electric power for trains' traction, is created. Data on electric consumption on traction is researched, the methodics of operative prediction of electric consumption, the minimax form of particular criteria evaluation synthesis in multilevel control systems, and also the model of construction classification of transportation data and genetic algorithms of finding these classifications are offered.
