Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the exploration of the development of the European Union's policy in arab region during 1990s. The autor analyzed specific issues of the euro-arab dialogue (74-98), couflicts, and cries of 1990-1991 and 1998 in Gulf, evolution of palestinian problem, situation in the arab region as a whole. The main Couclusion of the thesis to which the autor arrives is : European Union's policy with reference to arab region is one of the main directions of еxternal policy of EU and a very important factor of international relations.
