The dissertation is devoted to development of a technique of account of a zone of dosage-homogenization one- and two-worm extrudions with the purpose of the reasonable choice of the technological circuit, account of optimum geometry of working bodies and modes of processing, with which the quality melt of a polymeric composition satisfies to the given requirements. The generalized mathematical model of current melt of polymer in channels one and two-worm extrudions, algorithm and program of account is offered. The algorithm and program of account of parameters of mixture with use calculate of hydrodynamics of a flow is created. The developed algorithms and programs experimentation are checked up, the technique of account of the equipment is introduced into manufacture new of the design decision are used with designing two new lines.
