Vojko N. Architecture plan for improvement of country-estate building district in the towns of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to perfecting of principles and methods of designing of low-rise country-estate building in towns of Ukraine taking into consideration the formation of the land market and real estate. The analysis of town planning policy and world experience of designing of Low-rise country-estate building is conducted in the thesis. The questions connected to the methodology of designing, taking into consideration the specific character of low-rise construction in new socio-economic conditions are considered. Scientific novelty of this work consists in creation of the new methodical approach to reconstruction of Low-rise building, which takes into account principles and means of architectural-planning organization. It also includes programs of complex reconstruction in general process of town-planning management and designing (at general and local levels). In the thesis the normative - target model of Low-rise country-estate building, principles, methods and models of designing process of such a reas are developed with the purpose of setting a problem of creation of design solutions variants in conditions of computer-aided design. The results of the thesis are used in research and design work and in the process of development of the State town-planning specifications on planning and building of country-estate areas.
