Dissertation is devoted to prove forms of organizations, management and coordination in- struments of industrial enterprise in the conditions of transforming to market economy. In the research theories that can be used as theoretical basis for analysis of organizations are surveyed, and from this point of view preconditions and factors of effective management are analyzed. On the basis of evaluation of effectiveness of current organizational structures and management systems of industrial enterprises and analysis of the stages of its improvement, conceptual elements of management systems of enterprise in the conditions of transforming to market economy are presented.
