Gizimchuk S. Criminal responsibility for the infringement of the rules, norms and standards concerning traffic's securing safety

The dissertation is devoted to the issues of the criminal responsibility for the infringement of the rules, norms and standards concerning traffic's securing safety according to criminal legislation of Ukraine. Dissertation shows the factors, which socially stipulated setting and further conservation of criminal responsibility for the infringement of the rules, norms and standards and strengthening of criminal responsibility too. Great attention is devoted to criminal law analysis of grounds to criminal law prosecution for the crime, described in art. 215-5 of Penal Code,- to crime's structure and her elements. Dissertation has the inferences concerning necessity of the criminal law legislation's perfection and efficiency of the legislation's application.
