Zagora I. Organizational efficiency and methods of local self-government

The object of research is the sphere of a local self-government and its interaction with the other sectors of economy and economic politics in Ukraine. The purpose of a research is development of methodological bases as well as organizational and methodical ways of achieving efficiency in the work of authorities, their self-government. The methods are the systems approach; analytical methods of ranking on the some indications; the analyses of the regression-correlation. A broadened system of functions for local self-government has been presented; functional dependence of local self-government upon macroeconomic processes and state economic policy has been outlined. The structure of financial and economic relations at the level of local entrepreneurship has been well-grounded. A complex of analytical methods for quantitative evaluation of efficiency has been supplied and approaches for achieving efficiency in local self-government have been worked out. The sphere of use is a local self-government.
