Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical-methodical bases of effective production of milk in new conditions of managing are justified. It is necessary to consider creation of family private-rent dairy farms as one of real - possible paths of a way out from deep crisis of dairy branch Agricultural Industrial Complex and increase of an economic efficiency of production. Novelty of new introduction: the concept of development suburban dairy subcompl ex of market orientation is developed; the productive and economic parameters of family dairy firms are designed, the paths of perfecting of economic mutual relation Degree of introduction: the recommendations are used for want of working out ''Programs of development of dairy cattle breeding of Odessa area on 1998-2000" The mechanism of creation of family dairy firms is recommended by Odessa regional state administration to the chiefs of agricultural of regions as one of rational variants of construction of new organizational creations of market orientation capable to supply an economic efficiency of production.
