Thesis is devoted to research of theoretical and practical aspects of functioning of large business structures such as financial and industrial groups and holdings in contemporary conditions of the Ukraine. In this research author substantiates the concept of the complex approach to the solution of organisational and administrative, economical and legal problems of groups above. This practically verified concept is consisting in realization of simultaneous and coordinated measures on ensuring an economic validity, legal reliability and organisational and administrative efficiency of functioning of such groups during their creation and subsequent business activity.
