The thesis is devoted to the development of technological methods and technology for production of the integral schemes with increased radiarion stability on the bases of studies of electrofysical processes which take place in them under radiation. The techniques based on thermal electrotreating, modification of scheme technical solutions and on the use of elion technologies are offered. The obtained results are introduced when forming the profiles of response atom distribution in stratified structures, the technology of producing process of diaphragmas of submicron sizes is also developed
