Plant of a research - continuous linear control systems with a single negative feedback at presence of nonparametric indeterminacy in a model of plant and continuous control systems synthesized by a method D - partition. The purpose of researches - development of algebraic methods and criterions of the analysis of a stability and synthesis of parameters of the governor of obust systems and algebraic criterions of an evaluation of quality of the systems, synthesized by a method D - partition. Methods of a research - methods of the modern theory of control, linear algebra and application of the approaches of a generalized method Routh - Hurwitz. The relations are obtained which allow to investigate robust stability of the systems with additive or multiplicate indeterminacy in a model of plant on the basic of analysis of distribution of the radicals of a criteria polynomial by a generalized Routh method. On the basic of generalized method of the Hurwitz the conditions in the form of a system of algebraic inequalities for synthesis of parameters of the governor systems with nonparametric indeterminacy in a model of plant are obtained. The application of a generalized Routh method on analysis of a series of indexes of quality of systems synthesized by the method D - of a partition is spreaded.
