Social-epidemiological morbidity aspects of mixed-infections (syphilis, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis) in seamen are analyged and submitted here. Infection of seamen depends on type of fleet, professional orientation, age sex and family status, season, adaptation changes during sailing and so on. The combination of association of microorganisms in mixed-infection in seamen was obtained.Clinical picture of syphilis in seamen wiht CUYI (concomitant urogenital infections) was more severe. It is proved and analysed that pathogenesis of mixed-infection is associated with immunodeficiency in seamen.
