The object of the investigation. The influence of the printing process, structure and characteristics of fabrics and dyes on main indicators of printing quality was investigated. The aim of the investigation. The aim of the investigation is the elaboration of methods for optimization and prophesy results of printing on machines with engraved shafts on the ground of theoretical and experimental researches. Model methods for study kinetics deformation of due fillers and dyes as well as kinetics of textile material printing processes, direct observations, experimental data were used. The elaboration of theoretical thesis's, new models, new methods for the application of polymer solution as dye thickeners definition of mechanism of their viscosity anomaly flow, the influence of structure, characteristics of fabrics and dyes on main indicators of printing quality was carried out. The sphere of usage is textile industry.
