In the result of physical development and mobidity rate (somatic status) estimation as objective components of seafarers' health level they had worked out norms and estimative tables (scales of regression) of seafarers' physical development (males and females), scheme of physical development estimation, mobidity rate depending on the life conditions, scheme of somatic status estimation. The investigations were done in 1987 - 1997 in the Black Sea Shipping Company. The main result of the work done is a technique of seafarers' health complex estimation, based on three components, including physical development, somatic and psychophysiologic status.
