Tkachenko N. Correction of the urea modulating influence onthe state of athletes antioxidative system under the strain muscular activity

The results of investigations reflect the process of the modulating influence of urea on the state of the antioxidative system in the body. As it has been shown the urea in the physiological concentrations (3.3...6.6 mmol·l-1) does not influence on the state of the antioxidative system. The urea concentrations which are more than 10 mmol·l-1 (natural concentrations under strain muscular activity) act as the prooxidant that is conditioned by the influence on the state of the thiol-disulphide and enzyme links of the antioxidative system. In the work the recommendations for using the ESPA-Lipton 600 as the thiol antioxidant for correction of prooxidant influence of the urea and as the substance which has lipotropic effect for improving the efficiency of the training and competitiv activity of the athletes in the kinds of sport connecting with the development of endurance are presented.
