Essay

The work deals with factors the influence severity of anemia in patients with a terminal stage of renal who are on programm hemodialysis during preparation for kidney transplantation. The method for isolated irradiation of autoblood (IIAB) for treatment of renal anemia in patients expectating transplantation has been developed. Economic advantage of omega - erythropoietins over alpha - erythropoietins under other equal has been proved. The combination of IIAB and erythropoietins is expedient.
