Essay

The subject of research - organization and eco-nomic conditions in attracting foreign investments and organization of enterprises with mixed capital, manage-ment of their routine production and economic activities. The object of research - joint ventures and other or-ganizational forms of joint business having place in Ukraine. The aim of research - working out of theoreti-cal and methodological fundamentals and grounding of practical recommendations in order to improve the man-agement of the process in organizing and functioning of joint business (enterprise) in Ukraine under market trans-formation in economy. Methods of research - dialectical approach as to the analysis of economic phenomena and contradictions, systematic consideration of problems in enterprise management, methods of groupings, factoring analysis, estimations of experts, structuring the aims. Re-sults and novelty: an integral, complex system of theo-retical and methodical fundamentals in management of the process of organizing and fu nctioning of joint venture under market transformation in economy is worked out; generalized conclusions and the system of statistical data as to joint venture activities in the fields of economy are put into scientific circulation; the estimation of motives and obstacles as to foreign investment is carried out and recommendation as to neutralizing such obstacles are grounded (settled down); the fundamentals as to settle down the selection of the variant in locating joint ven-tures as well as the suggestions aiming the improvement of technical and economic grounds and the organization of technical joint ventures' projecting are worked out; the recommendations as to improvement the effectiveness in management of joint venture routine activities are grounded. The spheres of application: in - firm management; managerial practice of local government and state government bodies; university educational process.
