The thesis considers theoretical and practical aspects connected with international legal regulation foreign economic relations of the Ukraine with CIS countries. In the thesis special attention is dedicated to organizational legal mechanism of the economic cooperation of the Ukraine with CIS countries and analysis of peculiarities of the bilateral and multilateral international economic relations CIS countries. The defender of the thesis bases her conclusions rather to optimal model of the integration within the framework of CIS countries through ensuring unity and coordination of international law and internal the legislation, execution systematization of the legislation in force and necessity of creation of the effective acting mechanism to execution of the international legal rules, which are included in bilateral and multilateral treaties
