Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development problem ofcomplex evaluation of the profession training level of flightpersonnel that allows to give maximum reflection of its connection with all kinds of training in the course of initial training. On the basis of the theory of information the authorworked out a mathematical model of a pilot’s training. The author solved the problem of how to optimize the parameter of pilot’s ability to learn. The main results of investigation are introduced in the educational process.
