Complex of the international relations on citizenship. To carry out the system analysis of institute of citizenship in international law and international-legal practice, to reveal the basic problems of citizenship in international law, to formulate theoretical statements and practical conclusions directed on development of the theory and practice of international law. Methods of research are the following general theoretical and particular-scientific methods of cognition such as historical-legal, systematic, sociological, formal-legal, rather legal. Complex research of questions on citizenship at the monographical level has been carried out for the first time in Ukraine on the basis of the main rules of the theory of international law, constitutional law of foreign countries and Ukraine, analysis of the international rules of law and internal laws of state in the sphere of citizenship, migration situation in the world, statistical data, modern practice of hearing of cases on citizenship at the mono graphic level. The theoretical rules, formulated in the dissertation, and conclusions are directed on perfection of the general theory of international law. The theoretical and practical results of dissertation can be used at the solution of conflicts of laws in the sphere of the citizenship, to perfect the internal legislation on citizenship, for working up the international agreements, where Ukraine participates and also in law high schools of Ukraine within the framework of educational courses "International Law" and "State Law of foreign countries", in preparation of the textbooks, educational and methodical manuals. The adition of the monography is being planned. Sphere of application is lawmaking activity, the research activity, educational process.
