Miryasov Y. The Formation and Structure of Labour Force Reproduction Expenditure

Object of research - labour force reproduction expenditure, the structure and formation mechanism of the labour cost. Purpose of research: theoretical grounding of specific issues of labour force reproduction expenditure formation and regulation mechanism of the expenditure of different levels, specific issues of formation of labour force reproduction expenditure in terms of transitive economy. Methods of research: abstract and logical method, statistic and economic method, method of graphic reflection, mathematical modeling. Results, novelty: there is a well - grounded necessity to consider the issues of the research of labour force value concerning labour cost; multilevel and multidimension nature of the process labour force reproduction is conveyed as well as features typical of reproduction at micro-, macro-, metalevels; classification of groups in the structure of general labour force reproduction expenditure is performed; role of labour cost in general expenses is presented as well as dependence of these expenses on economic and organization factors; efficiency labour cost indicators is outlined; peculiarities of labour cost in terms of transformation crisis in Ukraine are revealed. Field of application: predicting and regulation the process of labour force reproduction at different levels, promoting investment schemes, research work.
