Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the international lea aspects of ensuring the international security after the end of cold war. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the law nature of the U.N. Peacemaking, operations which in new international conditions have acquired new qualities. The research of the norm securing of the U.N. Status on supporting peace has taken as a principle in scientific recommendations on improvement of the law regulations of the activity secretary-general of the U.N. on guiding the peacekeeping operations and define the law status of U.N. military contingents which take part in these operations.
