Educational and upbringing process at High-School. The purpose - to develop system of pedagogical conditions of independent students' work (IWS) for realization of supervising. Methods: pedagogical supervision, questioning, study and generalization of pedagogical experience, modeling, experimental check, theoretical analysis and synthesizing of the pedagogical phenomena, statistical analysis of research results. Pedagogical conditions at three levels of realization of management of IWS for the first time are grounded, the three-level model of IWS management and the subject skills control model are developed. The phenomenological essence of self-study work concept is summarized, the classification of the tasks depending on a level of independence and level of mastering of knowledge is developed, the functions and kinds of the tasks for IWS are concretized, the roles of the teacher while managing the IWS are differentiated depending on his (her) interference into independent activity. Methodical recommen dations on arranging IWS in a higher school, informative-methodical materials for IWS are developed and realized in the Ukrainian finance and economics institute, National agrarian university, Nemeshaev agrarian technical school. Highest educational institutions of an economic, agricultural, technical structure.
