Рroperty relations system, its peculiarities and reforming process in Transitional economy of Ukraine. Сritical comprehension of property relations development in Ukraine, which is in the process of Transition to market economy with the consideration of world-wide society development tendencies, and also elaboration of basic directions and property relations reforming ways in Transitional economy. Methods of research: system approach to the research Object, scientific methods of general and peculiar, ascents from abstract to concrete, analysis and synthesis of categories and phenomena, utilization of new methodology of parted-joint relations analysis, statistic-economic method, method of graphic reflection, mathematical modeling. Results, novelty: the economic basis of property rights theory is defined. The relation of all-using is singled out as the principal element of new property relations structure at the Post-Industrial society development stage. It is proved that the transition to the relation of all-using removes contradiction of parted-joint property nature. The distinction of the individualized property form from the private one is grounded. It is proved that formation of individualized property is the principal tendency of Post-Industrial society formation. Property forms disparity in the conditions of transition and instructions-planned economy to maintenance of property forms in developed countries is defined. The necessity of precise sanction of ownership rights in Ukraine is proved. The creation of double enterprises in the region with the purpose of attracting of straight foreign investments is offered. The model of investments into the human capital is precised. Field of application: elaboration and improvement of the state program of privatization, state and region programs on the support of small enterprises development, improvement of methods of management of enterprises of different property forms, scientific-research work.
