Essay

In this work were determined the rational design parameters of rotors of high-power mine pumps and were improved the designs of loaded details. Also there were investigated the reasons of the wear and failure of the base details conditions and the way of changing of a dynamic deflection of the shaft during maintenance of the pump. There were determined maximum parameters of the loading and flexural deformation of the shaft, which arose during the work of the pump in unstable modes and during the wear of rotor elements. There were worked out the technique of calculation of rotor's rational design data and engineering decisions concerning stabilisation of dynamic characteristics of high-power centrifugal pumps. The technique was used of the designing of new pumps and modernising of maintained mine water drainage pumps of the ATsNS 550 and TsNS 300 types.
