The fulfilled engine oils; development of a new type of the rotor film device (RFD); which allows effectively to carry out regeneration of engine oils on small-tonnage installations; physical and mathematical modeling on laboratory, plants and computer; the results of research of processes of hydrodynamics and heat exchange in RFD with various designs filmforming of elements are received; the new high performance type RFD with an element "cutting-knife" is developed and the question of scaling is decided; recovery plant of the fulfilled engine oils for the first time is developed small-tonnage; is introduced in small enterprise "Super"; chemical industry.
