Zagnitko O. Economic Law Remedies for the Domestic Industry Protection (comparative legal study)

International economic relations between foreign and domestic producers of the competing products; relations of the foreign producers with government agencies responsible for the supervision of the public interest in Ukrainian economy. Objective: conceptual substantiation of theoretical and practical aspects of transfer of objects of the domestic industry legal model, analysis and detailed description of the basic principles and approaches to the legislative resolution of said issues, of the factors that lay in the foundation or deter development of this legal institution. Research Methods: general and specific scientific methods: logical, historical, systematic & structural, formally legal, sociological. The method of comparative legal study served as a methodological foundation. Theoretical and Practical Results: assessment of current state of the domestic industry protection legislation, elaboration of the basic terms and definitions of domestic industry protection law, substantiation of the tendenc ies in the import trade remedy regulations, substantiation of the amendments, formulas for the definition of import disruption and injury to the domestic industry, recommendations for harmonization of Ukrainian and international legislation in this field of law, elaboration of the organizational and legal machinery to protect domestic industry, substantiated proposals to amend the mandate of government authorities in the field. Areas of application: Law-making and regulatory governmental agencies in Ukraine, local self-government bodies, Ukrainian producers (industries), legal and economic educational institutions.
