3.In this work the methodical and methodological aspects of social and economic sence of mass privatization in Ukraine and forming the basic components of its infrastructure are examined. A new conception of privatization was elaborated that include the re-oriented process of state property privatization for providing the effective operation of the privatized enterprises and mass participation of Ukrainian citizens in privatization with equal rights.
