Lukashevych O. Psychological conditions of humanization of management in school of general education

The dissertation is devoted to the research of essence and structure of psychological conditions of humanization of management in school of general education and to psychological mechanisms of itshumanization.Contempora-ry scientific concepts of essence of management have been analyzed and its peculiarities in school of general education have been detached. Substance and structure of its humaniza-tion and corresponding psychological conditions of humani-zation have been examined. The dependence of final result of school activity - the level of students' activity on the level of established psychological conditions of humanization has been investigated.Psychological mechanism of founding of these conditions and criterions of evaluation of their level has been elaborated. Effective ways of establishment of psychological conditions of humanization of management in school have been substantiated.
