3. The object of study is social institute of professional training. Target: disclosure of professional training features on the example of Kharkov region. Technique of study : generalization, comparison, primary and secondary analysis of social study results. New facts and theoretical results are obtained, the recommenadaitons are put forth. New empyrical data on the interaction of professional training and labour market are obtained. The results are implemented at the department of applied sociology of Kharkov state university. Area of application: social management.
