Essay

The Thesis examines the public administration mechanism of coal industry, different models of coal industry functioning, methods of state regulation, possibilities to use foreign experience. The process of coal industry reforming, current management strategies at the governmental level have been analysed and practical recommendations regarding the facilitation of restructuring and the adjustment needs of Ukrainian economy have been developed.
