Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of neurophysiological mechanisms of person work capasity restoration during the passive and active rest. Using the H-reflex procedure it has been established that passive and active rest exert an unindentical influence on dynamics of H-reflex changes of m.flexor carpi radialis. An intensification of reciprocal, return and presinaptic inhibition occurs in the beginning of passive rest that is tied up with developing fatigue process. The excitative processes domination over the inhibitory processes lies in the basis of active rest.
