Essay

The bile flow, secretion of bile acids, lipids, proteins, components of adenyl system and bilirubin extretion changes at the infusion of noradrenaline, phentolamine, verapamile and fMLP into portal vien have been shown. The changes of bile flow, bile acids, lipids, proteins and components of adenyl system secretion, and bilirubin excretion are found different. The changes of liver secretory function are the result of the action of noradrenaline, verapamile and fMLP on the metabolic process in heptocytes.
