Tkachenko O. Tuberculosis and mycobacteriosis infection of cattle /epizootological and experimental data/

Big horn cattle were examined. The aims of the research were to define a type of the interac-tion between micro- and macroorganism and to improve methods for diagnostics of tuberculosis and mycobacteriosis infection. Epizootological, immunobiochemical and bacteriological methods as well as various appliances were used. Term of mycobacteriosis infection, its cause and peculiarities of manifestation were substantiated; the method of preculti-vating preparation of material, artificial medium and allergic diagnostics were improved. Three innovations related to diagnostics were introduced, two more demand introduction. Using the research's results in agriculture, i.e. veterinary medicine, increase the efficiency by 100 to 300% when com-pared with applying conventional methods.
