Regional privatisation processes. To develop a theorist- methodological and methodical bases of shaping social oriented models to privatization. Methods of study: system analysis, expert evaluations, forecastings, economic and mathematical. Scientifically-methodical principles and approaches to process management to privatization are motivated. Practical results: central to improvements of mechanism of privatization governing are created. The offers to raising efficiency of the privatisation process are designed. Introduced at a rate of regional administrations, Ministry of labour of Ukraine, cabinet of ministers. Scope of using are programs of structured realignment of economy of Ukraine.
