In work methodology of designing and manufacturing of unique multiitem modular technological systems of processing by cutting for the first time is developed which allows to organize account-design cycles at designing for reliable iterative maintenance of required result on parameter of accuracy of processing at the maximal profitability of its achievement and guaranteed productivity. Therefore the labour input of process of assembly unique metal of the cutting equipment even is reduced at increase of the requirements to accuracy of processing on it. For reduction of lacks of uniqueness of the equipment the methodology comprises a stage the express-analysis for an estimation of serviceability of the machine tool.
